Who are we?
Southeast Alabama Rural Health Associates (SARHA) is a private, non-profit corporation established in 1983 to insure the availability of quality medical services to all residents of southeast Alabama. SARHA currently provides primary and preventive health services to the residents of Barbour, Coffee, Crenshaw, Dale, Geneva, Henry, Houston, Pike and surrounding counties. SARHA is a deemed federal Public Health Service organization. A financial assistance/sliding fee scale program is available for those who qualify.

We exist to provide quality, culturally competent primary and preventive health services to the residents of southeast Alabama without regard to their ability to pay.
As innovative leaders in rural health care delivery, SARHA will continuously enhance the health, dignity, and wholeness of southeast Alabama residents through a successful collaborative organization committed to employee involvement, continuous improvement, and total quality management strategies, skills, and service delivery.
